We arrived last night to Cherkassy! We got to eat pizza and then sit on an actual couch, watch a movie and eat ice cream!! This afternoon, I was able to soak in a nice hot bathtub and shave my legs (oh how wonderful)!! We are now at the Internet Cafe with Brad and Tricia Helton. We met the Helton's back in June as they were hosting a little boy the same time we hosted Olena. We have been on this journey together and have bonded a wonderful friendship with them that Todd and I hope will last a lifetime. They are adopting two very handsome young men. We are staying until Thursday or Friday so that we do not have to spend too many nights back in Shpola. Right now we are being told that we should be able to get the kids on Saturday!! We then will head back to Cherkassy to get their birth certificates and spend a few nights there. This is when both children will be taking the longest bath's of their lives. After we recieve their birth certificates we will then head to Kyiv to get their passports and medical clearance to head home. We seen the kids on Sunday morning and told them we would not be back to see them for a few days. You could see the pain in Jayson's eyes when we were leaving. Even though we gave them calendar's to mark the days left in the orphanage, I think there is still an uncertainty that we might not come back to get them. We are not able to post pictures until they are completely ours which will not be until we are heading to Cherkassy. At that point I will have no way to download the pictures so I am afraid that everyone will just have to wait and meet them in person. We only have a few short days left on this journey in Ukraine! The rest of the journey will begin in Fairland, Indiana!! I hope you will all come along for the ride!!
